Kasvualustat

Kasvualustojen reseptejä:

1. Agaragar liuos petrimaljoille ja koeputkille

  • 15 g kaurahiutaletta tai jauhoa (luomu)
  • 9 g agar-agaria (luomu)
  • 500 ml vettä

2. Jyväkasvualusta

  • 2 kg luomurukiinjyviä
  • 8 g kipsiä
  • 1,5 litraa vettä

3. Sahanpurukasvualusta

  • lehtipuupurua 350 g (49 %)
  • haapa/Leppäkuiviketta 170 g (24 %)
  • luomukauralesettä 170 g (24 %)
  • kipsijauhoa 40 g (3 %)
  • +vettä 1000 g (tavoite 60-65% kosteus)

 

Luomun käyttö kasvualustoissa ei ole vain periaatekysymys. Tavanomaisessa viljassa ja muissa tuotteissa voi olla torjunta-ainejäämiä, joihin sienirihmasto reagoi negatiivisesti.

I have had bees here since 2014 and I have kept bees also earlier in life.  According to conventional wisdom we are too far north for wild honeybee populations. Of course that could be questioned but maybe the main point is that with climate change it is not relevant anymore. Just the 1,5°C global temperature...
